Tricky Hudson is more than a creator—he is a visionary, storyteller, and student of life. Born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi, Hudson has transformed his real-life experiences into a creative force designed to inspire, entertain, empower, and challenge the way people think.
His creative journey began in church and elementary school, where he discovered an early passion for writing and performing. Since officially pursuing music in 2003, Hudson has continued to evolve, moving from local stages to opportunities alongside some of the biggest names in entertainment.
Throughout his career, Hudson has toured with Mr. Magic, written and performed with David Banner, and opened for artists including Lil Wayne, T.I., and Jeezy. He has also worked as a songwriter with Atlantic Records and Bad Boy Records.
Yet for Hudson, the accomplishments are only part of the story.
His purpose extends beyond entertainment. Through music, fashion, storytelling, entrepreneurship, books, scripts, film, and original concepts, he seeks to give people something deeper: perspective.
Influenced by creative legends such as André 3000, Michael Jackson, Quincy Jones, Pharrell Williams, Timbaland, and JAY-Z, Hudson believes creativity is one of God’s greatest gifts. To him, imagination is not simply a tool—it is a source of power.
Growing up in challenging environments while witnessing greater possibilities through his mother’s business helped shape his outlook. Those experiences taught him that circumstances may influence a person’s starting point, but they do not have to determine their destination.
Today, Tricky Hudson continues building what he describes as his creative universe, exploring new ideas across multiple forms of expression while creating work that can reach and inspire future generations.
At the heart of his philosophy are three simple truths:
Your gift is your power. Your influence is your legacy. The key to life is peace.
For Tricky Hudson, this is bigger than music.
It is purpose. It is creativity. It is legacy. And it is history in the making.
