Lady Jay is a dynamic media personality, cultural curator, and proud Afro-Latina community advocate whose work bridges entertainment, civic engagement, and empowerment. A 2017 college graduate in Facility Management and Management Technologies—a traditionally male-dominated field—she has consistently broken barriers while remaining deeply committed to mentorship and advocacy within her communities.
She is proudly partnered with Epic Rev TV and The Culture Inc Magazine, and serves as a host with the Worldwide Fleet DJs Coalition, where her voice and vision continue to amplify independent artists and meaningful cultural conversations. Lady Jay’s multifaceted career spans hosting, brand and business consulting, international artist management for SXMSIDY, and the organization and curation of events ranging from high-energy nightlife experiences to community workshops and artist development platforms.

In 2022, Lady Jay received a Congressional Award for her role in implementing The Rosie’s Project, a program adopted by the NYC Department of Corrections, in collaboration with Strong Enough Achievers Foundation, Rev. Phil Gates, and civil rights leader James “CB” Gray, former lieutenant to Al Sharpton. From 2019 to 2023, she also launched and led the East Coast Collab Tours with Creative Groundz Entertainment, expanding access and opportunities for creatives across regional markets.
Her recent work includes collaborations with respected members of 2nd Generation Wu; presenting artist iNTeLl at Senator Cordell Cleare’s Annual Holiday Celebration; contributing prizes to Warrior Mentality Music Group’s independent artist showcases; working with Raw Talks with Storm; and hosting Artist Spotlight with NY Fleet DJs. During this time, she interviewed hip-hop mogul Keith Murray on his latest release and hosted Laso The Mayor’s Night in the Tri-State, where she also had the opportunity to work alongside renowned comedian Buddy Love.

In November 2025, Lady Jay celebrated a personal milestone by completing her first adult professional photo shoot with TSB Photography NYC, marking another chapter in her creative and personal evolution. Formerly campaigning in 2025 to run for City Council, District 49 of Staten Island, NY, she continues to expand her impact. With the new year paving a national path, Lady Jay is preparing projects stretching from the East Coast to the Midwest throughout 2026—solidifying her presence as a respected voice in culture, media, and community leadership.
