Mizz CoCo’s musical journey began at the tender age of four. Raised in a gospel-rich household, she was a vital member of her family’s gospel group, The Rushing Singers. It was within this nurturing environment that her love for music and performance took root.
After relocating to Jacksonville, Florida, Mizz CoCo continued to elevate her musical career. She has had the privilege of sharing the stage with renowned artists such as Tony Terry, Shirley Caesar, Le’Andria Johnson, Bobby Rush, BB King, Sunshine Anderson, and numerous other celebrated performers.

Before transitioning into her Southern Soul career, Mizz CoCo released two gospel albums that highlighted her deep spiritual roots and remarkable vocal ability. Now embracing a new chapter as an independent artist, she is currently working on a fresh studio album. Her fans can look forward to two new singles, both set for release in May 2022.
